Personal information we collect

The term “Personal Information”, as defined in PIPEDA, means information about an identifiable individual. It may include unique details about you such as your name and address, age and gender, personal credit records, social insurance number and personal identification numbers including those contained in your driver’s license, passport and/or other government issued identification. In general, personal information does not include business contact information, including your name, title or position, business, telephone, or facsimile number. Ronin collects and utilizes only statistical information and contact details provided by clients through the Sites.

Upon your written request, you will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of the Personal Information you have provided to us, and will be given access to it. You may verify the accuracy and completeness of such Personal Information, and may request that it be updated or corrected, if appropriate.

Ronin established a secure environment for the operation of its business activities and implemented a number of steps to safeguard the integrity of all personal information. Ronin uses appropriate security measures to protect personal information against risks such as loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, misuse, modification or destruction, and any other unlawful form of processing of the personal information in our possession.

Ronin Sites are not intended for children, and Ronin does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children without obtaining parental consent where it is required by law.
